Available per direct. Catering and equipment and other extra's arrangeable with owner/hostess.

Large (115m2) cozy and quirky and quiet first floor industrial loft space in dead center Amsterdam. Open area with fully equipped kitchen and separate bathroom with large shower. The space can be divided in 2 separated parts by glass doors (and curtains). 2 tables with 6 chairs (more can be added). 3 couches and more small area's for lounging with small groups. 2 large magnetic boards.

Extra quirk: a small house stand in the large open space. It has a double bed and a "write on" paper wall. Useful for separate brainstorms or downtime away from others.

Both for events and workshops etc. Suitable for larger groups but cosy enough for one on one sessions.

Easy acces by car (paid parking Amsterdam rates) and bike (park in street) and public transport (tram 3),
12 minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station. Close to cafe's and shops.

This office space is connected with 1 door to the main house. The main house has an extra back to a large communal patio garden (hofje). Residents will use back door when office space is rented out. Use of patio garden is possible.
